Do you offer a free tier?

Yes. Free includes up to 5 brokerage connections, Discord access, and standard email support. Standard is $2 per connected user per month when you are ready to scale.

What brokers do you support?

Finatic supports multiple major brokerages. You can connect your users to their broker accounts through our secure authentication portal. We continuously add support for new brokers based on demand.

How does data synchronization work?

Finatic polls broker APIs on a schedule based on your subscription tier. We cache the data in our secure database, so when you query our API, you get fast responses from our cached data rather than waiting for broker API calls. This ensures reliable, near real-time data access without the complexity of managing broker connections yourself.

What data refresh rates are available?

Refresh behavior depends on your connected broker and selected plan. Free is built for development and testing, Standard adds production-scale connected-user billing, and Enterprise supports custom requirements through direct integration partner contact.

Is my broker data secure?

Security is our top priority. We use industry-standard encryption, secure session authentication, and never store your broker login credentials. All broker connections are authenticated through secure OAuth flows when available, and we follow strict security best practices to protect your data.

What can I build with the Finatic API?

The Finatic API provides access to account information, positions, orders, and order history across all connected brokers. You can build portfolio tracking apps, trading dashboards, risk management tools, tax reporting systems, and more. Our unified API means you can support multiple brokers without writing broker-specific code.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this from your account billing page in the sidebar.

Where can I find my invoices?

You can find your invoices in your account billing page in the sidebar, click into the stripe portal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and a variety of payment processors.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
